reduce weight

Today i've got no work to do.. huh i was thinking what im gonna write down in my timesheet.but its ok.. i had asking for job from my senior..
meaning she know i dont have work to do..hehhee
so at least if im surfing in front of her,she will not blame me 'mengular'...
k i want to share story about my diet programme.. hahaha pernah ke aku diet?? aku tahu mesti some of u guys sure gelak bile baca statement nih..hahha... mmg pun diet aku selalu xmenjadi...
Tapi since raya hari tuh i was tanam my azam... drink plenty of plain water..untuk keluarkan toksin badan.. but i dont know whether is really work for kurus or not.. but a lot of healthy megazine i read said.. ur body needs plain water.. even for helping ur diet working...
One more azam is... drink less of milky-milky drink.. aku nih memang penggemar teh ais,teh tarik.. this drink has a lot of colesterol..
may be lemak2 dlm badan aku nih byk disumbangkan oleh air teh tarik and nescafe susu... hari2 kt ofis minum nescafe,mlm plak teh ais... cmne nk membantu diet aku.. so since raya i only take teh o suam.. and at ofis i drink green tea.. tp ade jugak laa aku terbabas..
aku dh minum 3 kali teh ais and nescafe susu.. including today morning..hehehe
tapi sure u olls ckp..alaa nk kurus senang jer.. xyah laa mkn nasi..
but for me cannot laaa... i org kampung. perut aku nak nasi jugak.. tp ok je kalau sehari xjumpa nasi... tp msk hr kedua mesti perut aku mengidam...so i just reduce amount of rice laa... half of bowl..
but after meal drink teh o suam... i feel better laa.. my belly not sooo full... if drink ice i feel like perut tuh penuh sangat...mcm nak explode..
so after puasa i berjaya reduce 1kg... so my first target, i want to reduce 50kg...susah laaa lemak tepu nih...
tp aku start berazam nih since raya hari tu.. almost all my relatives said i'm getting fat... huhuhuhuhu

    dah la ayat ko tulis gaya selamber..mcm ko tgh bercerita secara live pulak ;p

    lg nk gelak bile memula aku semangat bace ko dah azam x makan itu ini.. upenye.....

    as a result... ko turun 1KG je keeeeee? hihihi...but it's ok than langsung xde kan? :)

    sowwie weh... aku gelaks jugak.. tapi mase kodatang umah aku tuh kan.. aku rase mcm tambah aja..sebab tuh aku tak siapkan rendang ko.. kang tambah 2 kilo camne.. aku gaks salah..hehe :P pepepon good luck peng dalam usaha...

    aku suggest kurangkan minuman bergula tu.. asyik teh o, teh, cam tak elok aje.. minum air masak lah byk2.. nnti perut kembung, takdelah makan byk.. hehe..
